"I have a 1992 c model 90 hp Force. While hooking up the battery I noticed a spark so I started looking for the source if the power drain. When I unhooked the 2 RED wires going to the regulator the drain stopped. Two questions. In my Force service manual the photos and wiring diagrams only show 1 red wire for the regulator. why is mine different? And, if it is passing current with everything off, is it bad. ALso, where would I get another regulator with the 2 red wires?
