Newbe - Pulling volvo sterndrive SP for the 1st time do I need special tools and is this a diffucult task to get it on and off. Want to check bellows etc

"Changing the bellows (either the drive or the exhaust) is a piece of cake, you should be able to do it yourself. For the drive bellows, the easiest way is to remove the upper gear assembly, but you can also change it by removing the whole outdrive and pulling it away from the transom shield a few inches.
