    New 9.9 - Delay in spitting water

    After starting how long should it take before engine begins spitting. No spit after 1 minute of running in tank. Water intake well below surface of water in tank. I shut it down after 1 minute. The overheating alarm didn't give alert of any problem. Thanks, Mark
