    I just rebuilt my 78 20hp carb with fuel pump put back on, not hooking up throttle sence the throttle disc has spring on it to keep it closed.starts great then goes into high speed not comming down to idle.rember not hooked up to throttle because of shaft spring keeping it on idle.and no idle...
