    1996 mariner 25hp flywheel

    One of the magnets came loose from the flywheel when I pulled the flywheel off -is there a special adhesive to put the magnet back in its proper position on the inside of the flywheel(Epoxy?) or do I need to replace the flywheel?

    1989 Johnson 90HP outboard wont shut off

    My 1989 Johnson 90HP VRO outboard will not shut off when you turn the ignition key off.Any ideas? I am using a new BRP remote control with a wiring adapter to connect this remote control to this outboard.Outboard starts and runs good,Trim and tilt work great.Just does not shut off.

    1996 Mercury 225HP 2-stroke carb.-lower unit removal

    I am going to replace the water pump impeller on this motor and the repair manual is not clear on the steps to do this . How do you disconnect the shifting if you even need to do this? Anybody versed on removing the lower unit ? Any advice is appreciated.Thank you

    Mercury 650 65HP motor no spark has CD ignition mid 70s vintage

    I have a Mercury 3 cylinder model 650 65HP outboard and I am getting no spark to any cylinders.I checked all connections for coils and in the switchbox and they are clean.Has anybody had any similar experienced with this particular motor? should I be looking at the stator or the trigger coil...

    2001 Yamaha 115 2-stroke alarm sounding but no problem showing

    I am having an issue with my 2001 Yamaha 115HP 2-stroke outboard where after about an hour of running an alarm goes off.I have a full oil tank and full reserve oil tank and the water pump seems to be working OK.Is this a common occurrence with these motors ? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    2001 2 stroke 115TXRZ V4 loses acceleration above half throttle-Any Ideas?

    I have a 2001 Yamaha 2 stroke 115HP on a Mako 19ft center console.Runs normally up to about half throttle but when you go to increase speed the engine acts like it loses power and wont throttle up.Has anybody experienced this and what was done to fix this?Any help is appreciated.Thanks
