    78 evinrude 115 hp wont idle, pops when starting

    when i received the boat for repairs it would not idle and was hard to stay running, we cleaned the carbs in vat and still same issues. we have replaced all reeds and oil lines. when engine is running about mid throttle it also has oil coming out side plates on engine. what do i need to do?

    ns70c wont idle

    i have a NS70C engine, it wont idle or run low speed at all . I have cleaned all 3 carbs, replaced fuel pump and lines from engine to tank. Any ideas what to do next. spark plugs do have small blue spark
