    Merc 4 HP 1988 - Needs obsolete part

    I have a Mercury 4 HP OB and I need the starter sheave pawl for the recoil starter. It is a small, oblong, plastic piece that extends when pulling the starter rope, and then locks in the flywheel during the pull. It is shreaded (no longer catches the flyweel) and this part (Mercury Part 16096)...
