    Ok so here's the issue, my 73 evinrude 25hp is missing on the bottom cylinder. I ran it, pulled the bottom plug and it ran better, put the bottom one in and pulled the top and it died.     mysterious hole in lower unit by the oil level plug " 71 evinrude 25hp"

    Stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. I have a 1971 evinrude 25hp and theres oil coming out of what looks like a relief hole. Its in the lower unit to the left and a little lower than the oil level screw. Any ideas?
