    I have a 50 hp Johnson.when I set the engine at say 2500 rpm.then it will go up about 300 more rpms then it will level off.is that normal?

    I have a 50 hp johnson.when i take it out of the water oil water comes out of propeller shaft.i have been told that it is exaust not oil.that it is normal.whats up.

    I just bought a 18 foot pontoon with a 50 hp johnson. It was just serviced.i tried to start it with ear muffs.but it would not pick up the water. Any advise.i have been told that some engines will not pick up water this way.

    what to do too store engine for 6 months.i have never done any thing and have had no problems.is it better to use non a alcohol gas?
