    Power head swap out

    My son-in-law just blew a rod in his 1982 Johnson 115 HP. outboard. We have a chance to get a 1977 Johnson 115 HP. outboard to replace it. The problem is that by looking at the diagrams, the power tilt assys. are different and the older one is missing a part on it and also needs a water pump...
