    spark plug boots

    im looking to replace the 2 spark plug boots on my 70A2. Both are the screw on type with 5k ohm resistor inside. Do i really ned the resistor? i'm thinking the previous owner put them on and im thinking i dont need the reistor type plug boot.

    70A & 70A2 whats the difference?

    I have a 70A2, but i know someone local who has a 70A for parts. What is the difference? From what i know the 70A was made till 91, and in 92 it changed to a 70A2.

    Trim gauge 70A2

    I have a trim gauge that I havn't been able to get working. I know the gauge works, I think its the sensor / sending unit connected to the midsection of the engine. Does anyone know much about these? wire diagrams maybe? I have a 70A2 manual but havn't been able to find wiring info on it.
