    07' 40 hp merc full throttle, half revs

    Hi, The other day i took the tinnie out and it was running great, then half way through the trip, it suddenly dropped revs to about half speed ( just planing) and wouldnt rev any harder. I stopped , checked the fuel line , and it seemed fine, proceeded to take off, and the motor was SUPER doughy...
