    Mariner 30hp 2stroke set-up

    I have an early/mid nineties engine in good condition. I need it to idle smoothly and predictably and also need to achieve w.o.t. For full thrust on a 15 inch prop. The boat's a 4m. Avon searider. Currently i can't get an even idle neither do i know if the engine is achieving full throttle/power...

    Mariner 30hp twin

    I have a mariner 30hp on an Avon 4m SeaRider. It feels smooth but gutless. It is not misfiring but feels like it's not reaching it's potential. Maxes out at 17 knots two up. Am I expecting too much? Or are there another 5 or 6 knots hiding somewhere?

    Mariner 8hp 2 stroke wont run at full throttle

    My engine has had two new coils and plugs, it runs beautifully up to 60% throttle, anything over that and after 10 or 15 seconds the unit starts spluttering. New tank, fuel line and fuel. Fuel filter is clean and bowl full. She runs up to full throttle in a tank and holds it no problem, but...
