    trim sending unit leaking

    my trim sending unit for my 280 power trim is leaking water into the boat.there is a seal that is missing part#830449 that the dealer says is no longer avail. any ideas thanks in advance

    hi to everyone.i am having a problem with my power trim.when i put my drive up while up on the trailer it will creep down slowly.sometimes it will take a day and then sometimes it can be 20 mins.this can be a problem because it happens on the way to the launch.any suggestions on how to cure...

    trim sending unit

    i have an aq 260 chris craft with a 280t my question is where does the wire that hooks to the outdrive get attached from the sending unit it is just hanging through the hole.if i pull on the wire my trim gauge will respond but i cant find the attaching point thanks for any help
