    98 Evinrude 200 lost 600rpms at WOT

    I've got a 98 Evinrude 20 I've got a 98 Evinrude 200 that has somewhere lost 600 rpms at WOT. I did a compression check today and all cylinders checked out well. I changed the plugs and no change. It still runs smooth and doesn't hesitate at all. Any clues? Maybe a decarb?? .....Todd
