    force 125 2 piece drive

    When I pulled off the water pump and seal housing on this force 125 with the 2 piece drive the drive shaft had play in it is this normal ?? I can pull up on it and it tightens up. does the water pump impeller hold up on it when installed ? Thanks

    I have my 75 hp mariner running good on the hose but haven't had time to put in the water yet. my question when I put a timing light on the plug wires the firing looks the same on all of them but number 3 cyl. I can crank it up in the yard and let it run on a water hose and it runs good as long as i let it run but I can switch it off for a few minuets and it won't start no fire on any plugs.     197? evinrude lower unit

    Hello, I have a mid 1970's lower unit it is off the motor and it is hard to shift by hand. I was told that these old motors have to be running to help with pressure for them to shift is this true ?? Thanks for the help.

    Suzuki 115 1988

    I have a suzuki 115 hp 1988 inline 4cyl. been setting up awhile just clean the carburetors . what I need to know is the best way to adjust the rich and lean on the carbs ? I have them all set at 1 1/4 turns out and it run good on the hose just think to be running a little rich. Thanks for any help.
