    Help identifying 9.8 HP and how the heck do you get the cowl cover off this model?? thanks

    can't find any latch and i keep getting d\frustrated and giving up inside the hot boat i removed one screw but cant see any obvious latch. is this a model where you remove the mercury logo area? couldnt find it........... picture is from when i bought the motor and the guy is on vacation...
