    115 johnson rough idle

    I thought I was pretty good at working on my outboard. I put new plugs, wires , and added new fuel. I since put new bowls on the carbs, and installed new kits in them. Motor runs great at top end but does not idle right. coughs some and sounds like it loading up. I adjusted the four carbs...
