    1989 74L Rough Idle

    "Just bought a 1989 Regal Velo "Just bought a 1989 Regal Velocity w/454 Chevy power, boat ran excellent first out of the hole, then experienced rough idle at 1000 RPM after slowing down. Seemed real sluggish after that, but runs smoothly after planing off. Any thoughts? Thinking timing is out...
