    I have a Triumph 120CC 12' plastic boat, put a 02 merc 40 4stroke EFI on it to get power tilt/trim. came with no prop, talked to a prop place, said because of that small boat and power needed a 17p, which I bought. Boat very sluggish coming on plane and performance not what should be with that...

    Lower unit nut

    Just bought a used 2002 40hp Merc 4 stroke, several parts missing...oh the fun..one is the hidden nut under the trim tab to remove the lower unit, look close to 3/8 but must be metric, anybody know the size ? thanks Rob

    454 reverse rotation timing gears

    Ok, been battling reverse rotation eating distributors for way to long now, trying see if anybody knows of any old style gear to gear timing sets out there that we can get to work on a gen VI block, want to get rid of the reverse cut cam/dist gears.

    01 Optimax smartcraft gauges

    Have a 01 225 optimax w/smartcraft, the lenses on the VDO gauges used by merc are clouded on the inside, they no longer make these, VDO does no answer email on replacement of redo, faria make replacement smartcraft gauges that I would love to use, but some say they will work, some say not sure...
