    Low compression causes.

    Besides rings,head gaskets, and reed valves, what else could cause low compression?

    Johnson 25 1999 carb.

    The only way the engine will run is with the push to choke key in. The bowl is full, the engine will not pull the fuel out of the carb. To me it seems to need a rebuild, could something else cause this?
