    I'm looking for a place that repairs outboard computers. I have a 2007 mercury 25 hp 4 stroke EFI that doesn't start. the computer controls the ground for the fuel pump and I have no ground a the pump. If I back probe the ground and run it to a ground on the block it will run.

    Idle adjustment

    I have a 88 25 hp Johnson with remote steering and throttle. My idle is too low. What is the correct way to adjust it? I have adjusted a plastic screw on the linkage but that only lasts for about a trip or two. Do I need to adjust the rod that goes to the carb? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hard to start

    I have a 1988 25 hp Johnson (j25eccm) electric start console drive. When the engine is cold it is hard to start. I don’t know why but the carburetor does not have a choke on it. When I turn the key to the run position and push it in there’s a click in the engine. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Dan
