    Weird I took out the plugs for 1 hour put them back and it started in 3 cyls right away. I didn't put the 4th. That took me by surprise zi tried to start all day. Maybe it was flooded. Yesterday I had to adjust the lower carb it was overflowing and because it didn't start gas was running down...

    Batteries are new there are 2 fully charged it's a dual 120 the other engine has 2 seperate ones and starts right up Forgot to mention cranking timing is at 28BTDC with bypass in switch and in gear at wot. This is crazy. Feels like there is an alarm on it hahaha.

    So I replaced the stator from CDI, trigger same, got a newer flywheel, it wasn't getting spark on 3 and 4 before. So after that there is spark on all 4, I checked DVA on the stator 1-2 and 3-4 360ohms and 200V per their specs. I get spark at the wires, trigger gets 1.2V between 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4...

    I rebuilt the outboard and need to attach the exhaust tube to separation plate before installing the motor back. The edge is pretty thin. What type of sealant can I use?

    So I wanted to ask if anyone know what that silver ball down in the shaft see picture below? The ball inside there, underneath the Stuffer Plug, doesn't move so before I put the top cover back want to make sure this is not a problem. It's right next to the Upper Driven Gear Assembly compartment.

You have to measure from bellow the bearing race on the lowest wide lip 1 and 3/4 inch for the first seal and 1 and 3/8 plus 1/16 for the second seal.     I finally got the tool for the seals, 91-817570 plus rod and something is weird so I have to ask. As far as driving the seals in do I have to remove the bearing cup that is in there? With it in The seals won't go that deep in the shaft. See pics below
