    Hello! I have a 1996 Nitro with a 115 Mercury 2 stroke on it. At the beginning of the summer, it had a no start issue. I replaced the fuel pump, the lines, and cleaned the carbs. Now, It seems to run ok at idle, but it will bog down and shut off at WOT. Also, the ball seems to be easy to pump up...
