    Stuck Throttle on 1939 Johnson HD39 Outboard

    Hey all, I found a HD39 Johnson Seahorse in my buddy's grandfather's garage where it probably sat for over 40 years. I've gotten almost all the moving parts lubed up and moving again but the old school throttle lever is still fixed in place and I'm afraid to break it... I'll never find another...
