    no power on full throttle 125 hp 1988?

    Hi i have a Bayliner capri with a 125 force outboard 1988? When i put full throttle on the engine dies down and won't go over 5mph the boat did back fire a couple of times but started ok. Also some fuel was coming out the carbs, any ideas as to the problem, cheers toddy.
