    Suzuki Dt 55 1987 link and synch

    Does anyone have the procedure to synch this motor im not getting a steady idle any more. Also what is the correct screw position for the pilot air screws on the carbs any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Oil Cap

    My oil cap is missing on my 1987 DT 55 want to retro fit one i have to replace it as they are 35 Bucks. Does this need to be a vented cap or is it tottaly sealed? Thanks

    Compression 90psi all 3?

    Racerone with pugs out i still get an even 90 across the board, just turned over easier. Finally got it started up had to rebuild the carbs, what a mess the insides were from sitting since 1989.

    I have a 1987 DT55 has like 10hrs on it, then it set since 89……… ran compression test on it last night 90psi all three cylinders is that bad or will it be better once started and ran? Only ran compression test on it haven’t started it. What do you guys think. Also a bought the compression tester...

    Hey every one i bought a used DT 55 Motor with oil injection. I have the control box wiring harness RPM Gauge and one that shows oil etc on it. It has power tilt on the throttle, i dont have a clue where all these wires attach to one another. Does anyone have a electrical Diagram for this model...

    Hello all i have a 1987 DT55 Suzuki motor. i want to disconect the oil injection correctly, has anyone done this. I read alot post everyone refers to brownpoint well with sandy they are gone now. From what i gathered do i just remove the tank And any wires leading to it? im just scared it will fail
