Long story short, I've had a MG 767 since about 95. Converted to Digital 24v variable years ago.
Not really paying attention to detail, it developed a leak and filled with water for who knows how long!
Shorted out PCB. Ordered new one and seal kit this time. Cleaned all seal areas, replaced...

Where do I start. (the timeline for all

Engine info: 1990 Merc 5.7L, had cracked
everything when I bought. Shop replaced heads, block, long block (typical
marine)rebuild. I installed Seakamp (half cooled) cooling system.

Boat: 1988, Sea Ray Sundancer 300 with twin, 1994 Merc 5.7's, Alpha 1, Gen II's.
Port engine seized a couple of weeks ago. 1 of the 2 engine rear mount...
Boat/engine info:
1994 Ranger w/Johnson 150 Fast Stryke. I bought brand new in 94 and has been an excellent boat/motor. (usual repairs, power pak here and there, etc.)
The problem:
When I turn the key, I get the usual beep once, all clear, alarm working signal. So far, so good.
