      Runs choppy, and you can’t buy an OEM one anymore for this motor or an aftermarket so I have to buy the rebuilt kit to rebuild it.

      Right but it seems to be seized on, and I have all the bolts out

      I'm not sure how to get my fuel pump off. I took off all 3 bolts and moved everything in the way out of the way and pryed and pryed on...
