    1970 4 hp Johnson

    What is the compression on a Johnson 4 hp suppose to be i have one with just 70 pounds that's not good is it ? It has been run hot but I but on a new head gasket and had the head resurfaced.. Thanks for any help.

    mercury 7.5 hp pumping water and steam out pee tube

    I done replace the water pump impeller made sure that the tube is sealing good. I took the lower unit back off and put a drill on it to make sure the pump was working and it pumped a good steam out the top of the water pump tube. it pumps but it not pumping like it suppose to It's spiting water...
