    VRO pump not pumping

    I have pulled the pulse limite I have pulled the pulse limiter and don't know what to look for. I clean it and air goes both ways. Is this normal? I have also disconnected the oil side and pluged the line so I can mix my own gas. Any ideas will help. Thanks Jerry
