    Flush mount throttle cable help

    I run an 1850DV with a 175 Mar I run an 1850DV with a 175 Mariner. The throttle cable recently broke and I do not know how to remove the flush mount neutral knob to gain access to the mounting system and control end of the cable. Any help is appreciated.
