    I have a 1998 evinrude E6RECR that I would like to atempt chane the impeller, there is one single bolt that is easy to get to and then under the cavitation plate there are 3 small bolts that a socket or wrench will not fit.     i want to extend my throtte on my 98 E6RECR Evinrude, possibly take pvc and split and use hose clamps. How would I find the diameter of the current hand throtte where I could place the PVC pipe. My motor is currently 45 minutes from my house. If you have other ideas I will take them thanks
