    How to cure flooding

    Hi I have a 1986 or so 150hp Hi I have a 1986 or so 150hp mariner that seems to flood often and is frequently hard to start. I've cleaned it out with sea foam and have replaced the plugs. What should I do next to see if I can make it run better? - rebuild the carb? Thanks much.

    Gas filter where oh were can you be
