Yeh i bet it would of been a easy fix on your bench probably because you have lots of experience with these kind of jobs and new people like my self come here to try n get information so we can get experience with things like this and more but im not sure if i want to try any thing else lolSorry mate - am not a mind reader.----My chrystal ball is broken.-----I can not see or hold your carburetor in my hands.----Be an easy fix on my work bench !!

I made it out there today figured the faster i get the easier it may be to get help with the issueThere can not be much wrong.-----But how can anyone help you when you say--- " top carburetor is not opening or closing , is there a way to fix this."-----Not much information to go by !!
K know in looking at it like this so noticing the bottom carb is open the middle is about 1/2 open an top is like 1/8 from being shut And i have no idea either But i just want to say thank you in advance for all the information you are providing me i really appreciate itLooks like the adjusting / lock screw on upper and lower choke shaft need to be adjusted.----No idea why anyone would loosen those.

were do i get that and what priceThe best money you can spend is on a FACTORY service manual. That will provide what you need to synchronize those carbs.
The reason being is I'm new to this so its probably not hard for you or others but I'm not sure were they are located on the carb is it possible for you to get a pic of the location or tell meNo idea why this is difficult or need a manual !!!
Why is it so hard to get a answer here lolhave someone work the throttle. It will be very obvious what part is moving the butterflies. Then make them match.
wow just asked a question hoping to get info on how to fix something but i guess that's to much to ask for in here so u say its a 30 second fix my question is why is no one helping me with info on how to do itwell..ya can pay travel expenses for someone here to have a look...30 second fix....don't know what else there is to do for you..
