You should be able to hear the motor run.
The 2 wires( a green and a blue) go to separate relays.
Unhook the wires from the relays(remember where they go).
Get a hot battery and touch the leads to the posts.
That supplies direct power to the motor.
Then switch the wires and see if works??
If that works? then the relays are bad and need replacing.
If the motors working, check/add fluid(30w motor oil).
The motor needs to be in the down position to add oil.
Be real careful as the housing's plastic and the threads can strip EASILY!!
I use a oil can to pump the oil into the reservoir.
That doesn't work?
Then you probably need a new pump.
The cheapo Chinese pumps are crap.
It might last 1 second or not work at all and then might work forever??(probably not)
They sell parts here, don't think they sell pumps.
The pump itself isn't something you can work on.
If you take it apart chances are it won't ever be right again.
There are 2 seals in the bottom of the pump.
These are the main reason for a leak down.
This is the only thing that you can work on. The 3rd. piece from the left has a rubber seal that goes bad and leaks.
Trying to fix these with out the right tools you can destroy them. The following links are repairs for the seals.
