"Started last week fine. No power to engine, lift, etc. Power at main breaker and past. Could it be the relay?"
 
"It could be, but a defective

"It could be, but a defective starter relay should not affect the power tilt mechanism. How good is the ground between the engine block and the battery? If the ground is OK, check that the gauge 10 red wire at the back of the ignition switch is not loose and is getting 12v. That wire should also feed the lift mechanism."

"It was a wire at the ignition switch, replaced and now working. Thanks El. Bought an extra relay for good measure. The one in the boat read 80 amp. The only one I could find was 30 amp. Is 30 amp correct."
