Can I replace the head gasket

Can I replace the head gasket on my 1990 15hp electric start Honda outboard without removing the power head from the frame?

"The manual says you can pull the head before you have to pull the entire powerhead.

As always, I recommend having a shop manual to guide you.

I do not know how well the Clymers or other aftermarket manuals cover this. Maybe someone else on the panel can give some input to this."
