This hose is EPA and CARB compliant. Silverado 4000 has aTHV barrier layer to prevent perme- ation, polyester reinforcement for strength and a weather and UV resistant CPE cover. The gray color keeps hose cooler andhelps prevent vapor lock.This hose is for above deck primer bulb applications, and is not fire retardant. CONSTRUCTION The series 337 fuel lines (Silverado 4000) is the best B1 fuel line in the market place. Utilizing a complex construction technique involving a THV500 barrier layer, a Nitrile jacket, Polyester reinforcement and a CPE cover; we are able to offer a hose that outperforms all competitors.
