yamaha 115 4 stroke fuel injected wouldnt start after trawling

After trawling for approx 200 meters and shutting off engine, it wouldnt start again, after being towed back in' i jump started the motor off my car and after 5 minutes it started, has any one got any ideas on what would of caused this, it is 50 hours from last service:mad:
 
ok thanks everyone for no help, ended up at the mechanic, what he found was the main fuse had blown, but melted together, was enough to get it started after turning over for a long time, couldnt get the cover of the fuse as it had melted it as well, quick fix was to cut of fuse holder and replaced it with inline fuse
