Whatbs the difference in these plugs

The champion plug manual list

The champion plug manual list a QL82YC for the 1990 Envinrude 140 hp.
I have heard from this board and other mechanics that the plug for the 140 is QL77JC4.
What is the difference between these two.

I am currently using the QL82YC. Should I change to QL77JC4.
