"I am looking for information

"I am looking for information to help with an oil change. I have two Velvet Drive Marine Transmissions model 10-05 ratio 2.5. I understand that I need 4qts/3.8liters of Dexron III.

What is the best way to get the old fluid out of these transmissions?

"Suck it out with an engine oil changing rig. You'll need to refill and repeat the procedure a few times to get it all out, running the motor in neutral for a few seconds between pulls. The dirty oil hiding in the exchanger and etc. will then get removed.

Rebuilt my Holley 650 carbs this year.I adjusted the floats and the 454S have been running good until today.Starboard is the worst.It idles fine but when I throttle up it gets to 3000 and then cycles up and down between 3000 and 1500,drop her back to idle and she runs fine. Could it be water in the fuel?"
