Upgrade Tohatsu M5B, 5hp 2 stroke to get more power

If I change 2 stroke, 5hp carburetor, with 6 hp, 4 stroke carburetor , my M5B outboard will become more powerful ?
Need to change propeller ? to make more modification ?

Nope. For one thing, it won't fit. The M5B is unique, and it will forever be as it was designed.
 
My boat is getting on the plane at half throttle. At full throttle the engine rpm will increase but the speed is not changing.
New propeller, with diferent pitch , will give me more speed ?If so do I go up or down with
the pitch number ?
It has the factory prop on it
now is an 8.

Yes you can modify these engines by, extra compression, porting intake and exhaust, reed valves, carburetor jet files, I have done this and my 5hp tohatsu 2003 goes same speed as my 8hp on same boat!
