I have purchased a Mercury Trim switch that I'm wanting to retrofit to the Cowl of my engine. However, I need a wiring diagram to be sure I have it connected correctly. Can anyone help please?

It should be straight forward. Red is the power, green and blue are the up and down. When you connect the red to the green it goes up or down, when you connect the red to the blue it does the opposite. It is just a simple three position switch on off on, the middle position is off, one direction connects the middle wire and one lead, the other position connects the middle wire and the other lead. Make sure your switch is pressure on, meaning when you let go it turns off on its own.

I was wrong, guyjig reminded me. Blue to positive, green to negative is up. Green to positive, blue to negative down.
