Trim does not go up or down

Not exactly sure what is wrong with my trim. The alpha 2 trim does not go up or down but does make the noise like it is trying too. I have not used the boat for over a year.
So far I have
  • Installed a new batter
  • Checked earth connection on the pump
  • Started the Motor
  • I loosened off the hydraulic lines and tap on the trim down and trim up and it has pressure in the lines. If I loosen off the hydraulic lines I thought the leg start to drop? Is this not the case?

Next I was going to
  • Disconnect one end of the pistons and test with trimming down
  • Redo the seals
Them????
Any suggestions? Or comments

Ayuh,... My guess is, it's siezed from sitting...

Have somebody Jumping on the drive, as the down button is pushed
