Torque settings for a yamaha f15cmh head gasket

Hi I'm currently fixing a yamaha f15cmh outboard and I am struggling to find the torque settings for the cylinder head I'm sure it's a staged sequence tighten but I can find the numbers .
Can anybody help here ?

Torque specs are in the applicable service manual. LIT-18616-02-96.
