Tilt amp Trim problem

"My tilt & trim stopped working, I had to replace the switch this past summer? It click's when I try but nothing else happens. Do you think the motor is out? Also, is there any place that I can buy a new tilt & trim motor at a better price than at the local dealer?"

check the voltage at the trim

check the voltage at the trim motor with switch in up and down position. If current it would be your trim motor.
