After tuning up the Crusaders
After tuning up the Crusaders (454/350hp) we went for a water trial and brought six tons of SeaRay up on plane with ease and run for a period about 3400rpms and then WOT @ 4440rpms and neither motor missed a beat. We then slowed to a 1200-1500 rpm cruise for about an hour or more. We then headed back and when I brought the boat up on plane and immediately the starboard motor lost power. Seemed like lack of fuel so I immediately change the fuel water seperator and it fired back up. When trying to get back on plane the motor died again. Then unscrewed the canister fuel filter and took the filter out of it. Same thing again so we basically idle back to dock and as long as you did not try to rev it up it would run but when applying throttle it would want to die. Any ideas on where to start. Help is appreicated. Matthew
