Seahorse CD-15 rebuilt,not starting

Greetings All,
Just rebuilt the pressure tank with new hose and carb rebuilt. I got fuel to the glass bowl, 3 pulls but no go. Pulled plugs and still dry. Any compression issue ? Felt good resistance on the rope. I guess I should pull the top and check the components. The only spark check I could do was ground the plugs outside the cylinders. Spark seemed good. Any help greatly appreciated. Motor has not been started for over 12 yrs. My project now, was running then.

Check for a clogged fuel filter inside the glass fuel bowl...squirt some 16 to 1 fuel oil mix into the air intake to see if it runs...coils are probably cracked...remove recoil and the three flywheel screws and this will give you access to the inspection hole where you can eyeball the coils and points...click on the link below for some more useful info;
