Hello,
I have a Sea King 9.2HP VWB29909A 96x outboard(I do no know production year) I am looking for help and information on as to why it will not spark. I have spark on the top cylinder plug, but not the lower plug. I am new to outboards and not sure how to check the coil and capacitor with my multimeter as it is not getting any reading on the Ohm setting. I did order a Capacitor meter. Also does any one have a link to a parts manual for this motor or the tune up kit? I can't find hardly any information anywhere for the 9.2hp...
